सरकारने आता कठोर पाऊल उचलले आहे. यापुढे राज्यात अधिकृत जमीन मोजणी केल्याशिवाय कोणत्याही मालमत्तेची नोंदणी केली जाणार नाही. बांधकाम करण्यापूर्वी नोंदणी, RERA ची मंजुरी तसेच संबंधित विकास प्राधिकरणाकडून आवश्यक परवानग्या घेणे बंधनकारक असेल. अनधिकृत बांधकामांना कोणत्याही परिस्थितीत परवानगी दिली जाणार नाही आणि अशा बांधकामांची नोंदणीही केली जाणार नाही. government has now taken a strict step: henceforth, no property registration will take place in the state without a formal land survey. Construction must now be carried out only after obtaining registration, securing RERA approval, and getting the necessary clearances from the relevant development authority. No unauthorized construction will be tolerated, and unauthorized constructions will not be eligible for registration.
