Bengaluru Spa Extortion: ५ लाख द्या नाहीतर... बंगळुरूच्या स्पामध्ये ४ महिला आणि २ पुरुषांची दादागिरी

बंगळुरूच्या विद्यारण्यपुरा भागातील एका स्पा आणि सलूनमध्ये ६ जणांच्या टोळक्याने घुसून राडा केला. स्पामध्ये बेकायदेशीर कामे चालत असल्याचा आरोप करत त्यांनी कर्मचाऱ्यांना धमकावले. या टोळक्यात ४ महिला आणि २ पुरुषांचा समावेश होता. त्यांनी ५ लाख रुपयांची मागणी केली आणि घाबरलेल्या कर्मचाऱ्यांकडून सुमारे ९६ हजार रुपये उकळले.
बंगळुरूच्या विद्यारण्यपुरा भागातील एका स्पा आणि सलूनमध्ये घुसून कर्मचाऱ्यांना मारहाण आणि शिवीगाळ करणाऱ्या ६ जणांच्या टोळक्याचा पोलीस शोध घेत आहेत. या स्पामध्ये बेकायदेशीर कामे चालत असल्याचा आरोप करत या टोळक्याने पैशांची मागणी केली होती. विद्यारण्यपुरा पोलिसांत दाखल केलेल्या तक्रारीनुसार, ३ ऑक्टोबरच्या रात्री ४ महिला आणि २ पुरुष विद्यारण्यपुरा मेन रोडवरील 'वाय सलून अँड स्पा'मध्ये घुसले.
An FIR has been registered against a group of women and two men for allegedly barging into a spa in Vidyaranyapura, assaulting staff and demanding money while accusing the establishment of being involved in illegal activities.
According to the complaint, four women and two men entered My Salon and Spa on Vidyaranyapura Main Road on the night of October 3. CCTV footage reportedly captured the group creating a disturbance and allegedly assaulting the staff.
The group allegedly claimed that illegal activities were being carried out at the spa and demanded ₹5 lakh from the management. According to the complaint filed by spa owner Nayana, the accused also threatened to post videos defaming the establishment on social media if the money was not paid.
The complainant alleged that the group later reduced the demand to ₹1.5 lakh. Fearing further threats, the management allegedly paid ₹1 lakh.
The group reportedly left the premises after allegedly demanding an additional ₹50,000.
The Vidyaranyapura police have registered an FIR in connection with the incident and are attempting to trace the accused.

मीडियाशी संबंधित असल्याचा टोळक्याचा दावा
या प्रकरणी २६ वर्षीय कर्मचाऱ्याने तक्रार दिली आहे. हे टोळके आपण मीडिया आणि एका संघटनेशी जोडलेले असल्याचा दावा करत होते. स्पामधील कर्मचारी बेकायदेशीर कामांमध्ये गुंतले असल्याचा आरोप त्यांनी केला. तसेच, अधिकाऱ्यांकडे तक्रार करण्याची धमकीही त्यांनी दिली, असे 'द हिंदू'च्या वृत्तात म्हटले आहे.
सुरुवातीला या टोळक्याने स्पा व्यवस्थापनाकडे ५ लाख रुपयांची मागणी केली. मात्र, नंतर ते कमी रक्कम घेण्यास तयार झाले. घाबरलेल्या कर्मचाऱ्यांनी कशीबशी ९६ हजार रुपयांची जुळवाजुळव केली आणि ती रक्कम त्यांच्या हाती टेकवली, असे तक्रारदाराने सांगितले.
एवढे पैसे मिळूनही या टोळक्याचे समाधान झाले नाही. त्यांनी आणखी ५० हजार रुपयांची मागणी करत कर्मचाऱ्यांना पुन्हा धमकावण्यास सुरुवात केली.

सीसीटीव्ही कॅमेऱ्यात राडा कैद
या टोळक्याने स्पामध्ये घातलेला गोंधळ आणि कर्मचाऱ्यांना केलेली मारहाण तिथल्या सीसीटीव्ही कॅमेऱ्यात कैद झाली आहे.
पैसे दिले नाहीत तर स्पामधील व्हिडिओ सोशल मीडियावर व्हायरल करून बदनामी करू, अशी धमकीही या टोळक्याने दिल्याचे तक्रारीत म्हटले आहे.
या धमक्यांमुळे आणि कायदेशीर कारवाईच्या भीतीने कर्मचाऱ्यांनी नंतर विद्यारण्यपुरा पोलिसांत धाव घेतली.
पोलिसांनी या प्रकरणी एफआयआर दाखल केला असून, या ६ आरोपींची ओळख पटवून त्यांना शोधण्यासाठी तपास सुरू केला आहे. या प्रकरणातील अधिक माहितीची प्रतीक्षा आहे.
